Expense saving in electrical energy By this method of taking HT connection your electrical Bill will be reduced to less than 1/3 rd because the ordinary commercial tariff will come to approximately Rs.11/- per unit. So there is a great saving of Rs.11, 33,082/- every month if you are lucky to get H.T. connection. The more you consume the energy the more you get the benefits (proportionate to the quantity of units you consume). The other occupants of the building who are using large quantity of electricity (Telenor- a Norway based multinational company with 400 KVA transformer, The State bank of India with 250 KVA transformer and others are all enjoying the benefits. You can personally enquire these occupants about the arrangements made and given to them. Regarding the above mentioned facts you better clarify with the local K.S.E.B. office or any authorities of Kerala Government. During your next visit kindly verify the above mentioned electrical arrangements with in the building. 24 X 7 Generator Back-up Full capacity generator back up is arranged with a total of 2000 KVA Volvo generators. Pure Water Supply No scarcity for pure water which can be for all the purposes. Water is collected from ground water (huge open well of 22 ft. diameter width and 25 meter of depth with minimum of 16 meter depth of water without any seasonal difference. The water is collected from the well and treated in my own water treatment plant (5 nos. of huge tanks, filtered and collected in the final tank after chemical treatment).
